Anyone else order the Nyko power grip??

The price is awesome at 24.99, and it apparently 'claims' that it gives the ps vita 3 times the battery life ~ I decided to go ahead and order since it sounded like an awesome accessory. Anyone else grabbing this grip?

it seems good, but when i get the vita hopefully not that long after launch, i'm gonna see what the console's like before buying one just to check if it really needs it or not.

yea they look really nice and those speakers i can use them with like my ipod and other mp3 . hit the sweet spot with that .

Well, I got used to playing games with less brightness, so it isn't a great problem for me, but I wouldn't mind being able to play for long periods of time with full brightness. I'll check other options and decide-

Anyone know if power grip is coming to the uk? I just tried to order one but their website doesn't ship outside US

I might get it after my vita comes or if it comes to amazon. There is taxes in CALi almost ten cents it comes out to about 36 bucks at least.

I like the idea but the Vita is large as it is and with this attached it will be a monster.

does anybody know when will their power grip will arrive or how long will the shipping take?

I just got a email back from nyko saying that there has been so many orders that they have been struggling to ship my grip. But they did say they will most likely ship it this Thursday, so once I get mine Ill let you know how long it took. Maybe a mini review to help people out

i would like to know if it actually makes the battery life in the vita last 3 times longer dont really care how long it takes to get to a place to be honest if it actually makes it last 3x longer then i will buy it regardless if it takes like 2 weeks lol

I have the Nyko power grip and I can say that I am satisfied with this accessory. according to the directions you will not get the full extent of the extended battery from it for at least 3 full charges. After 2 full charges I can tell you it has increased battery life on my vita for a couple hours so far. It is very comfortable in the hand. I dont have large hands but my hands are less cramped using these to play games now and I don't hit the back touch pad anymore by accident. It has been great playing every game I own. I totally recommend this accessory.

You already own one? Cuz I heard the latest update was that they are releasing it in August now... Curious to how you got yours 3 months early? maybe a prototype model or something like that?
