I found this on PlayStation Universe: Okay, I do not own Battlefield 3 and I am not really planning on getting it any time soon, mainly because Battlefield 3 is a game that you buy for the Online game play, not for the single player. And I am more of a single player/story kind of guy. Anyway The Existence of Battlefield 4 was revealed on the Medal of Honor: Warfighter site. Also EA announced that those who pre-order will gain access to the Beta in the Fall of 2013 UPDATE: BEAT FOR BATTLEFIELD 4 WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO PEOPLE WHO PRE-ORDER. But this does not mean that Battlefield 3 will lose EA's support, EA will continue to support Battlefield 3 by way of DLC Packs. I never got battlefield 3, was going to but ended up moving so i had to get rid of my ps3, but i have heard nothing but good things!
what they should have done was just update the graphics from battlefield 2 and that would have been better, they changed battlefield 3 way too much from battlefield 2 which kinda ruined for a lot of people, still a good game but could have been better
No point in buying it if it's going to be the same game. Unless they make it like a 2142 sequel, I'm not going to bother.
I miss the prone/jump exploit in bf2 =/ On another note, it really doesn't surprise me...I think they are going to be doing what CoD devs have been doing, which is basically making a new modern warfare game every other year, as well as with a new CoD game every other year, like Modern Warfare->World at War->Modern Warfare 2->Black Ops->Modern Warfare 3->Black Ops 2....I can see EA doing the same thing with Medal of Honor and Battlefield....anyway just a thought
Good post. Saw this earlier on joystiq or something. I'm not crazy in to sequels, I thought Bad Company 2 was good but I only really find myself playing one game in a franchise lately and then moving on to something entirely different.
