man thats sucks ive bought hundreds of stuff from ebay and never got scammed :/

i tried looking for the dude couldn't find him ..

yeah i've been using paypal for years and have bought hundreds of things too... I would have had a good look at his feedback to see if he's sold other items of equal value before, how many, and ofcourse i'd expect to see some pictures of the item beforehand.

Upon further inspection of that guys ebay profile, ALOT of his sales were only a few euros... he could have easily sold a few fake things for nothing to build up a reputable looking feedback score... it's a shame fell victim to one of the few eBay scammers... i've messaged him expressing my feelings too...

Damn, that sucks that you got scammed. I also been ordering from ebay for years...I never bought anything very expensive from there, but the highest I had done was probably 60 dollars...all of my items came in and I never had any problems. I also look at feedback and item value of items sold before commiting to buy or bidding on something.

Did you hear anything from Paypal yet? Like getting your money back or anything? And I hope you enjoy your Vita when it comes in from the other site.

no it says "awaiting for other party's response" or something like that, and if he doesnt respond in 10 days i get my money back. Other people who ordered from him say that they got their money back. im still mad though

Yeah wouldve entertained me during the plane ride and boring times. o well, gotta entertain myself the old fashioned way.
