my gamestop doesnt start selling games till the 14/15 according to the website anyways though i already checked with em yesterday to try to get my starter kit or anything i had pre-paid/ordered for the vita but said they usually get stocked in a couple of days or something like that
Yeah, I got the same message about mine too...I may pick it up Friday though...I wanted to pick it up right then, but hey, I can't do anything with the game until the 22nd.
ya if it was earlier since the message was around 2pm i would have too but im gonna pick it up tomorrow then stare at it lol naw i will probably just pick it up incase they cant hold it until the 22nd which i doubt they will
Yep, got a call from GS today to tell me my preorder for U:GA was in. Had to call them to make sure that message was accurate.
I do wish the memory was up for sale on bestbuy.com. I ordered my memory from them since I had a gift card left to spend. Still shows 2/15/2012 on their site though.
okay to I picked up Uncharted last night... was stoked. HOWEVER, why is there no manual? There is a slot for one, but there isn't one. WTH?? It was factory sealed when I bought it, did Sony just forget that we need these? Or did they get cheap and assume we should already 'know' how to play? Call me crazy, but the game just feels incomplete without this.
That was how I felt when I saw the unboxing of Uncharted: GA...it just feels so incomplete...it could had even been two pages. I am glad that they are trying to save the trees or reduce costs...I think they are more interested in the latter, but come on. At least use less plastic, make the cases the same size as the 3DS cases. Game retail stores usually put the games behind cases anyways, put some security mechanism on it or take the game out, so if someone tries to steal the case, all they get is a piece of plastic.
Unfortunately vita games do not come with manuals. You will be able to view a digital manual on the Vita when you start the game.
I miss the days of when I would buy TurboGrafx games and the first line in all of the maunals was.. "Thank you for buying (insert game title)." Now we don't even get an advertisement of upcoming games, let alone how to use the controls. At least I have somewhere to store my trophy lists while playing the game(s). LOL Still would have been nice.
i dont care to much for physical manuals though it would be nice but at elast the online ones have liek 19 pages so its still alot..i also recieved my Uncharted GA liek 5 minutes ago lol man that is a small cartridge i also played about 3-5mins of the Vita at another gamestop though a little farther then my closest one so ya but man that thing is beautiful played the Uncharted demo and man the fire's were really gorgeous and the sticks even though they were small still felt nice god im gonna be excited for like another 2 weeks well less now ugh but still a good experience

I got a messgae from Gamestop to pick up one my Vita games but when I went up there they said you can't piuck them up yet. I showed them the text and everything and I live in the States so idk about all this.
i live in California and i got mine though i had to go to a different GameStop but still got my Uncharted GA dunno why they would say that when i think alot of GameStop's are selling Vita games right now
