This essentially drops the price to $200 for the wifi model and $250 for the 3g model since we assume you'll want to buy something else along with your Vita console. That $50 credit should be just enough to pick up one of Sony's overpriced memory cards that we're forced into with the Vita. Or you can look at things more optimistically and say you're using it on a game. The Best Buy and Target deals have the advantage that you can pick them up locally and get your Vita today, however since most people do not have to pay tax at Amazon that is probably the best deal as that will save you another ~$20.
