Umm. Most modern computers have them. If you're able to connect to a WiFi network -- you have a wireless network card.

Is there anything like this for Windows XP. I'm just trying to use my work computer to download the newly released psone games to my Vita and I can't use wifi here. If I can just use the usb cord and somehow use a virtual router to make my Vita think it's connecting to wifi that'd be great. I can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for anywhere else.
