Now Namco loses faith in Nintendo and decides to put all of their major franchises into the PS VITA. I was astounded when I Heard this, if I was Nintendo I Would re-launch but seems the WiiU is holding the 3DS Back. 83% of developers prefer to work with VITA than 3DS Or WiiU sad. However Namco didn't give one punch to the nuts to Nintendo It gave a second threatening the sales of their own game they might stop producing mid-sale for their Tales of 3DS Title. I believe it was named the Abyss, but now Namco sends a less Tales game to the PlayStation VITA my rumor was spot on and I'm proud too Tales of .......(forgot the name title haven't played it a while back) anywho the Tales of for VITA will get over 20 DLCs and support a Mass Multiplayer mode, however a rumor stated this could be a Japan only launch. Lucky Japenese Bastards, but I wouldn't be worried unlike the 3DS the PS Vita Is Region Free!!!!!!! THis is great news, but really devs need to try harder to utilized vita's specs. That game looks on par with ps2.
Its a Tales of title. They're never going to change the art style they use. The field looks to be improved cel-shading wise though. A tales game for the Vita will be awesome, but I kind of wish they wouldn't just take it from the DS and instead make a new one from the ground up. And Namco losing faith in Nintendo is awesome, although I was looking forward to the Tales of the Abyss remake for the 3DS. Maybe they'll do it for Vita instead.
I also heard (read at a few places in the past) that Nintendo was just so hard to work with and making games for them were so much more expensive than working with Sony and Microsoft, and Nintendo tries to control too many things, which has to be the main reason why. Nintendo consoles do have little to horrible third party games. The DS has plenty of them, but the Wii and 3DS...geezh.
yeah i've read that too... they're not making things easy for themselves... I can really see Nintendo going the same way as Sega and Atari...
For real. They still haven't realized that there are other competitors now. And with their huge eff up on the Wii...the games just suck besides 1st party and a few 3rd party titles, they have a lot to make up...people are going to be super wary about or not going to buy their next console. Nintendo in Japan is doing great, but outside of it, ugh.
to be fair they sold ALOT of wiis... it's the consumers that got fucked over. And lol at the threads title... Nintendo never had any thunder to begin with.
Yeah, people were all into that motion hype. ROFL, I got it cause of Pokemon, which it disappointly has only one Pokemon game on it, which wasn't all that, and cause the Gamecube was pretty good. All Nintendo does now is Mario crap. I like mario, but gosh...too many games. They need to make more franchises and make more games with everyone else in them.
Skyward Sword is the single game that is keeping the Wii alive right now, and once that's released the Wii will have nothing to look forward to
third party support on 3DS is not very good right now, and there is nothing much coming out, they hardly announce anything good so far
For real. I got one and I am bored as hell. Yeah, we got Super Mario 3D and Mario Kart coming, and those are great games, but they need to lay off Mario's nuts. Another thing about Nintendo is they need to change their tired storylines. They finally did this with Skyward Sword...Ganondorf isn't the bad guy this time...it's some chick...I think it's a chick. But Mario has been chasing Peach and saving her for 25 yrs, and still hasn't gotten a kiss, seen her cookies, or anything...and she'd just stand there and let Browser take her...I'm starting to think she loves that Dinosaur-Turtle of a creature.
I don't think Mario goes completely unrewarded. I mean, Baby Mario came into the world...so I'm assuming Peach let Mario into the cookie jar at one point. But Nintendo is milking Mario for everything hes got, which just isn't cool. Do you realize how many Mario games have started off with something having to do with cake, and then that cake being the reason Peach is kidnapped, be it from Bowser jumping out of it or Mario being weighed down by one. At what point do you realize that if you find a random cake sitting outside then you should set it on fire? At least change the damn story around a little like Cupcakes said. Make one Mario game with a mature rating and show us what happens after Mario saves Peach, and we all know what happens. Mario gets Peach in bed, and probably Daisy if Luigi has sucked the entire game, while all the toads are outside the princess' door just listening. And before I forget, the villian in Skyward Sword is a guy.
Hey Bankston if you would have played the DS Mario and Luigi RPG you'd realize that is just a younger Mario and Luigi.Lol Peach is a bitch and we all know it and until I receive information otherwise I'll be completely running back and forth on her with a star.
