It only becomes a matter of morality when you start using a hacked PS Vita/PSP/iPOD/ other things to Steal, such as piracy
I'm not an Angel, I used to pirate Such large amounts of Games/Music/Movies that I filled up a 500GB Hard Drive with the stuff
But when I Started writing lyrics for my Band, I realized that a ton of work goes into making music and that people should respect the time and effort that music artists and actors and game producers put into their products. And the best way to respect that is to Actually Buy Their Products, Like pay for them.

I'm am not trying to be a douche, I was just pointing out that hacking your PS Vita isn't in and of itself a wrong thing to do, It depends on what you do with that hacked device that makes it wrong

Its too late for you to try and use the vhbl or any of the exploits, unless you bought the game in order to run the exploits before the updates which im guessing you didn't, there is no way for you to get the game now and the exploits. Anyways, no point in staying in that firmware, go a head and update to the latest. If you haven't yet, you can download the two free psp games from sony via the welcome back program, thats if you've been a registered user on the psn before the psn store was hacked last year.
