Hey guys,
I made this for everyone who wants to simply convert a cool wallpaper into a Vita background or lockscreen.

It automatically resizes images to fit the screen (or screens) and even let's you manually adjust the position and size if you like. Also supports MOAR ZIPPERS!
It would be cool if you could give me feedback and ideas about what the tool is missing~
