what will the vita be in 2-4 yrs?

as fked up as the psp is

I really dont think there will be a "slim" model. the slim psp (2000,3000) was acheived by removing the metal frame the original had(1000), made it feel cheap to me. the vita is pretty thing,and with that processor and gpu, heat and battery are an issue.

they will find a way to slim it down and throw color on it... thats what sony does with every model

in 2-4 years the ps vita will be in a great spot ... if not better ... as patrick said in another threat .. game cards are running at most 4 gigs .... imagine when they make ps vita games at 16gigs, 32 gigs ??? games will be amazing you will be walking around with a ps3 in your hands

My assumption about the mystery port on the top is that it is some kind of high speed i/o port. What Sony's plans are for it is anybody's guess. I believe Sony may have plans for it, but it was most likely included to make room for the things they haven't thought of yet.

i'm sure there is a reason for it ... but i highly doubt the'll give any hints or tell anyone anytime soon

i really hope the port up top is not for anything camera related and if so then it better be as good as any digi cam out there because cmon man its a gaming system not a girls camera

i cant think of anything for what it would be used for ... haha
