It depends really, on how much it'll cost in Aussie $$, i'm from Scotland, UK so depending on the exchange rate of to $$$ at the time I may just order it from an Aussie retailer online and have it shipped directly to you.

You should put up a date for the final entry time and when the draw will be and things coz that would be fair just so everyone knows.

you should probably do it atleast a week before it comes out coz then you have time to look around for the best deal and it gives you time to preorder and have it to the person as fast as possible and as you said to me if the winner is from australia it might be cheaper to get it from an australian buyer and ship it straight to the person or something, im not complaining if i get it late though haha like seriously a free ngp
